The Footbook of Scalable Focus
On March 26, 2025, Oliver Ding created the Scalable Focus thematic card and wrote an accompanying thematic brief to introduce and contextualize the idea.
In the following weeks, Scalable Focus emerged as a Strategic Object within his ongoing creative process. While developing the Wonder and Wander project, he conducted several case studies on knowledge strategy. Many of these studies highlighted the value of Scalable Focus, establishing it as a Strategic Theme in knowledge strategy practice.
On April 26, 2025, he curated 20 articles and edited a Footbook to further explore and present the Scalable Focus theme through 12 real-world stories.
