Strategic Developmental Psychology (Emerging Studies)
The “Strategic Developmental Psychology” theme was born in May 2024, while Oliver Ding was working on two GAP projects.
In December 2025, Ding released a possible book, The Curativity of Mind: Mental Curation, Mental Platforms, and Mental Moves. The epilogue of the book defined the "Toward a Strategic Developmental Psychology” theme as the next direction of the approach.
The theme refers to structural configurations in adult life development that are significant enough to warrant attention, study, and strategic engagement.
For example, the ‘Function-Context-Knowledge-Activity’ schema offers a theoretical approach to connect Strategy and Mind.
This thematic brief collects several articles exploring this theme.
